During this pandemic!



Few habits have been developed and few habits have been dropped during this lock down period. Some habits are healthy and some are not healthy. Yet, we decided to shape ourselves uniquely. Nowadays youngsters are eager and energetic in creating something new as they are ambitious in the competitive world. Life style also paves a way to build a habit. 
Few are listed below and lets see it in detail. Basically people grow up in different lifestyle and adapt to the various living habits in their surroundings. During this pandemic the entire people suffer to exist, so people try to stay at home all day. To engage themselves they get preoccupied with the gadgets mostly.

Life style with gadgetsπŸ’»πŸ“±

Nowadays people are so much into mobile phones as the play games like PUBG, Free Fire, ludo etc,. another set of people have adopted a habit of switching to news channels and panic themselves as well as others around all day. Another set of people use their gadgets for self growth through online courses and listen to music or radio to relax themselves as they find staying in home is way different. Initially social distancing existed before pandemic through mobile phones now it has reached to the peak and everybody in the family owes a modern gadget and seeing the global information through it and within a family people start isolate themselves.



These habits have increased more during the lock down period and so they move to a point of boredom, laziness and develop mental stress and find socializing difficult. As the routine got changed before and after lock down people are finding it difficult to balance themselves physically and mentally. Yet, social distancing is mandatory but do check on your family members through video calls than meeting in person.

Focusing on healthπŸ’ͺ

Staying in home people have started the habit of in-taking immunity shooting foods and have started to cook and eat than ordering outside. Preference to body metabolism is given. People have started to seek health tips and keep up fit body. People have started to focus on household chores which was not given importance before this pandemic and have started to spend time for self and are coming up with new ideas.


SleepπŸ’€πŸ˜΄

Sleep is essential for human existence yet it has become so difficult as few have very poor sleeping habits. As we could find lots of night owls, their sleep pattern as well as body metabolism changes and the people fail to respond to the eye irritations, under eye swelling and continue to browse and continue to work. Now it has become work from home scenario professionals work more than 8 hours per day and spoil their body. Sleep lost its importance and people die early during the age of  early 20's or 30's with heart attack, stress, poor mental health etc,. Job is essential yet to enjoy the income health requires care.


Self- love growsπŸ€ŸπŸ’­

People have started to pay attention to self by improving personality through self-help books, seeking mental health professionals to solve their issues and have started to find self interest in the various fields, and they are ready to improvise self. Passion has emerged within everybody and have started to focus on those like art, origami, writing, photography, singing, acting, learning musical instruments etc., they have unknowingly started to express their gratitude and love to self and others. 



So these are few things spotted during this period so lets stay united and push-off the virus and lets heal sooner until then stay supportive and helpful to the surrounding where you live. Let all our prayers be answered and keep updating self before and after lock down for a better life.
