LETS START DOING DURING THIS LOCK DOWN


During this lock down many of us are finding it difficult to engage ourselves. So then, here are few ways to keep yourself engaged as well as you can engage others too. We decide our lives based on how the society accepts, but in reality we have started to kill our uniqueness. We started doing things what others do so lets bring a change in how we do.

Few things to be remembered during this period are given below:

This lock down period has brought a tremendous change in our routines and we are messed too, so we may worry about the pandemic and become mentally unstable. To get rid of these feeling there are few ways to follow and keep our mindset better.

Stretch your body

Do regular exercise in the terrace or in a well ventilated area in the house, inhale fresh air. When you do it everyday it refreshes your mind and produces good energy and keeps you physically and mentally healthy.

Spend time with your family

It is essential to spend time with the family members, as it shows the role of the family members in the family. Spend time with your spouse; help in house chores, appreciate your spouse, focus on building a healthy relationship with spouse and encourage your kid's hobby, play with your kids and engage them get to know about their world and support them. Shower your love in abundance and help them to sought their mistakes as well as be willing to correct your mistakes. Be willing to accept support them boldly. Share your happiness and experiences with them and eat together with your family and laugh together.

Reschedule your routine

Create your new schedule by writing down the to-do list. If you are messed up with your old routines don't worry give the space for self to rework on it and accept the change. Develop new hobbies like cooking, origami or learn to play any musical instruments, read a book which feeds your mental health and healthy habits which relaxes your mind and learn new things related to your profession or something that brings peace within self.

Do something new

Try to express yourself to others in a assertive manner. Start writing diary which may include your daily activities, your happy moments or your experiences too as it helps you to be aware of self. Create a space for self and focus on your issues and sought it out with the help of mental health professionals (Psychologists/ Psychiatrist) if required. Take a break from social medias and try to live with the people around and develop a healthy lifestyle. Try learning at least one new thing for your life. When you start doing something new you become a inspiration for someone unknown and it gives you happiness in abundance.


Precautions to overcome pandemic disease COVID 19

Avoid listening to media platforms which threatens you. Treat the people affected politely and support them to heal from this pandemic disease. stay humble and help each other. Eat healthy and nutritious food and build your immunity. Stay positive and accept the change in a optimistic manner.
Don't worry if you are tested positive, stay courageous and make positive affirmations ('i will be alright', 'i am healthy', 'i am healing' etc) and stick on to the instructions that doctor provides. Stay home and be safe and try to lead a peaceful life during this lockdown.



Seek help if you are not okay! All problems has a solution and things can be altered and recreated better for a peaceful existence in this world.
